Video scripting, messaging, storyboarding and direction for a suite of marketing and instructional videos.
As lead content and digital marketing agency for Plastex, a global manufacturer of matting and flooring, we’re responsible for all copywriting, including website content, case studies, navigational copy, advertising copy (both off and online) and print. One project that we're particularly proud of is the video scripting we completed in 2018 for a suite of marketing and instructional videos. As well as the copy, we also led the visual direction of the scripts, working collaboratively with the video production agency to ensure that the storyboards were on brand.
First, we met with the video production agency to talk through the vision, and to establish how best to work with each other. Then, we scripted a series of nine videos – some were short and snappy promotional videos designed to persuade, while others were instructional videos that talked the user through the installation process.
Once the videos were completed, we edited and refined the copy in situ, and created search-optimised copy for the title and description.
Since the videos launched in late 2018, Frontrunner sales have increased, and the videos have given the sales’ team an invaluable tool when they’re out on the road.
